I started using Melilanda Olive Oil years ago, I use it exclusively for vinaigrettes and drizzling on seafood and vegetable preparations. I also find lightly seasoned with a little sea salt makes for an excellent dip for breads and chilled seafood. I have tried many oils and have found this to be truly the best.
